Abstract
На сегодняшний день применяемые в клинической практике биомаркеры, такие как С-реактивный белок (СРБ), прокальцитонин, лактат, эндотоксин и др., лишь частично соответствуют вышеуказанным критериям, ограничивая тем самым их диагностическую и прогностическую ценность. Однако результаты недавних клинических исследований демонстрируют высокую перспективность нового биомаркера — пресепсина. Этот показатель проявил себя как чувствительный и специфичный маркер ранней диагностики сепсиса, а также как надёжный инструмент для оценки тяжести состояния и прогнозирования исходов.
