Abstract

In the modern legal system, prosecutors perform activities that require high levels of concentration, responsibility, and emotional stability. The efficiency and professional success of prosecutors largely depend not only on legal knowledge and procedural skills but also on psychophysiological factors that shape their personality development. These include neurodynamic characteristics, emotional regulation, stress resistance, and cognitive flexibility. This article reviews theoretical approaches to psychophysiological determinants of professional competence, analyzes the specific challenges faced by prosecutors, and highlights the importance of integrating psychophysiological training into professional education.
