초록
Бокс это вид спорта, требующий высокой интенсивности, скорости, силы и выносливости. В настоящее время традиционные методы тренировки уже недостаточны для достижения максимальной эффективности спортсменов и снижения риска травм. Поэтому внедрение передовых технологий в современный бокс является актуальной задачей. В статье анализируется роль виртуальных тренировочных систем, сенсорных перчаток, видеоанализа и цифрового мониторинга в тренировочном процессе. Виртуальные тренировочные системы позволяют спортсменам безопасно моделировать различные боевые ситуации. Эта технология обеспечивает быстрое выявление ошибок, повышение эффективности техники и тактики, а также оптимизацию индивидуальных упражнений.[1,3,5,7] Сенсорные перчатки измеряют силу удара, скорость и координацию, анализируя работу мышц и технические движения спортсмена, что помогает индивидуализировать тренировочный процесс. Системы видеоанализа и цифрового мониторинга позволяют отслеживать скорость реакции, технические ошибки и координацию спортсменов во время боя. Современные программы фиксируют результаты тренировок и соревнований, что даёт тренеру возможность разрабатывать стратегии развития спортсмена. Кроме того, технологии эффективно снижают риск травм, так как мониторинг параметров упражнений и ударов позволяет избежать чрезмерных нагрузок.
