ПОЛОЖЕНИЕ КУРАША В СОВРЕМЕННОЙ СПОРТИВНОЙ СИСТЕМЕ И ЕГО ЗНАЧЕНИЕ В ВОСПИТАНИИ МОЛОДЕЖИ

В данной работе освещены место кураша в современной спортивной системе, его влияние на процесс физического и духовно-нравственного воспитания, а также педагогическое значение в развитии молодежи. Куреш, являясь древним узбекским национальным наследием, сегодня занимает прочное место в глобальной спортивной системе и признан на международном уровне. В исследовании анализируется роль кураша в формировании таких нравственных качеств, как уважение к сопернику, честность, мужество, терпение, а также его практическая значимость в популяризации здорового образа жизни среди молодежи. Положительное влияние тренировок по курашу на физическое развитие силу, ловкость, координацию, волевые качества обосновано научными данными.[10,11] Кроме того, показано, что широкое внедрение кураша в школах, колледжах, университетах и спортивных учреждениях способствует формированию патриотизма, национальной идентичности и здоровых компетенций среди молодежи. Данная аннотация подчеркивает актуальность кураша не только как вида спорта, но и как средства социально-нравственного воспитания.
